I used MAYA last year for a remodel of my studio, which turned out great, so wanted to go with them again this fall with several more largish projects at my place.
They ran the gamut from rebuilding a side porch (with new overhang roof), adding windows in the studio, fixing poor drainage in my backyard (including installing decomposed granite), various concrete works, a new tankless water heater, a replacement interior breaker box, some foundation work, and, most importantly, a complete renovation and remodel of my master bedroom half-bath.
As you can tell by the list, the skill set necessary was far-ranging, but Moses (as the general) has excellent craftspersons and builders who specialize in each area that needs attention.
This were by far the biggest remodel and renovations I have ever done, and I felt very comfortable with the entire process. My bathroom design decisions were respected, and when I would get a little stumped, the "team" were always able to offer useful suggestions.
Danny (the daily project manager) is definitely a great resource. He loves his work, he listens and understands what a client is asking for, and is willing to make everything just right.
With the exception of a few surprises (a rotted subfloor, installation of the new electrical box, changing out the water heater) all of this came in on budget and on time...probably a little faster than on time as we changed and added along the way and still finished on the projected end date.
This is a family-owned, local company who prides itself on quality craftsmanship and doing great personalized service. I highly recommend for all jobs, small to large.
